Pcera (Advanced Rural Environment Communication Platform) favors communication in rural areas by promoting economic activity and the generation of wealth and employment.Spain has suffered a significant depopulation in recent years. The rural environment has lost population value and therefore economic value. Currently one of the factors that generate depopulation, inequality and impede the development of the industry and the creation of companies, is the lack of quality communications. Operators do not find it profitable to improve those communications. Therefore, it must be the public administration or companies committed to the rural environment, those that work for the "Emptied Spain".In the rural environment there is no technological infrastructure that makes this connection possible, that communication between the different actors in the environment.Through the Pcera platform we provide this environment with the necessary infrastructure to increase economic development, digitization and job creation, all in a sustainable way, since it allows us to communicate to all users in a natural way and by saving energy substantial.
